totally random pick but this little guy turns three today

Hello friends, how are you on this gorgeous mid December Friday?  All set for Christmas?
We're celebrating a third birthday here today so it's all go.


A friend mentioned that she was still not receiving updates in her feed for my new blog Dear Molly.  I have recently rectified the problem but it will require those who have been following since the beginning to unfollow and refollow me, if you so choose, as for some reason the links for my URL were incorrect when I set Dear Molly up.

I apologise for any inconvenience this is causing but would love for you to join me over there.

glitches...

Hello Friends,


for those of you who are unaware, I am now blogging over at my new space dear molly and while I still need to tweak and fine tune a few things, I would love for you to join me in my new adventures if you so choose.

For those of you who are computer savvy, would you have any idea why my posts aren't showing up in one's feed?  I have received a few emails asking me about this and to be completely honest I have no idea.  All the settings on my new blog dear molly are identical to those here at little poppa so I am at a loss as to how to rectify the issue.

I became a follower of my own blog, naff I know, to see if a few clicks here and a few clicks there would result in my posts showing up and had to eventually copy and paste the URL address from dear molly's home page into where I follow your blogs.

I'm a little bit anxious to get this sorted as I plan on opening my shop next week and well, where would I be without the ability to market through my blog?  If there is anyone who has the know-how to advise me as to what is required I would be greatly appreciative of your advice.

In the mean time, I hope to resume posting into your feeds soon.

technical issues...

Is anyone else having trouble enlarging photos in blogger?  I have been trying to do a post the last few days but only a few images will allow me to enlarge them...the others will highlight but there are no words above to change the size.

I have googled to no avail.

Help! Please.

happenings....

Hello...................how are you?


There has been a lot going on in my world since my last post that I barely feel like I have come up for air some days.  Due to being extremely busy, blogging has had to take a back seat and I have been really starting to miss it.  I hope to have more of a presence here soon in a new space...more on that to come.

The dream that I alluded to back in September is ever so slowly taking shape and I am at a point where I feel like all the hard work...late nights, trials and errors, headaches and frustrations, failures and successes...is starting to pay off.  An exciting development is in the works, planned for two weeks time and if all goes according to plan I'll be soon ready to reveal all.

Sorry to draw the suspense out, I know there are a few of you wondering what is happening here behind the scenes...let me tell you, the wait will be worth it, I promise!

In other news...as well as a launch date fast approaching I am also planning an evening with friends to celebrate my 40th...eek, how did that creep up so fast? and preparing for our baby to turn 3.  My how this year has flown by.

this and that...

Breaking all the rules and having pancakes for dinner..it's kind of a monthly tradition and one called for during school holidays.

Ever so slowly making my way through a back log of magazines..time is poor these days.

Familiarising myself with a new toy..let me tell you it's caused quite a bit of frustration thus far.

When creating a little studio space for myself a cosy reading nook was a must..pity it hasn't had much use yet.

Rearranging, sorting and tossing..Spring brings out the cleaning beast in me, nothing is safe!

A friend and I missed out by a day signing up for this year's Advent Swap..we decided to do one between the two of us, I'm really looking forward to it.

Coffee seems to be the beverage of choice these days..when one is burning the candle at both ends it sure does help.
